Dora Mocsinka
Dora is passionate, full of ideas, and always ready to structure your vision.
Finding solutions for any problem has been the recurring element through Dora's career. She worked at The Boston Consulting Group for over 7 years, supporting clients across tourism, entertainment, culture sectors.

Originally from Hungary, Dora studied across Europe, acquired her undergraduate degree at Corvinus University in Budapest, dual-master degrees at Bocconi University in Milan and Erasmus University – Rotterdam School of Business, and most recently an MBA degree from Cambridge University in the United Kingdom.
Dora grew up in an entrepreneurial family and following her studies, worked and lived across Europe and the Middle East. She has been based in Dubai since 2016.

Joe Drury
Joe likes to help others dream big and turn those dreams into reality.
Prior to Evertruss, Joe led magic-making roles in the entertainment industry for nearly 10 years, specializing in theme park project management across China and the USA at Walt Disney Imagineering and Universal Creative.
Joe was raised in Montana, USA and studied International Politics and Japanese at Bates College. Joe is passionate about connecting communities and cultures. He has spent extensive time living, studying, and working in India, Japan, China, and most recently the UK, where he graduated from Cambridge University with an MBA.

Joe speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and has called Dubai home since 2022.
